Here I used the same technique as in my previous entry, except that in this particular case, I dusted coloured stains into surface crevasses I created in the clay I was wedging. There is a certain amount of planning involved, thinking about placement of colours and when to repeat them; but, only when I get to the trimming stage do I get the first inkling as to whether the finished piece has at least a chance of turning out beautifully
